This January we hosted a step challenge with our clients, with a goal of encouraging more movement in the new year.
The friendly competition was fun to watch and we were just amazed by the total numbers! The prize incentives were $100 gift card to Bookbinders for first place, $50 to Bowlero for second place, and $25 to The Smoky Mug for third place.
Winners:
🥇Will won 1st place with a whopping 511,117 steps.
🥈Missy won 2nd place with 461,995 steps.
🥉Barbie won 3rd place with 326,229 steps.
We look forward to doing this again!

Protein is one of the most important and most overlooked tools for strength, energy, and recovery.
As we age, our bodies become less efficient at using protein, which means we actually need more of it to support muscle, energy, and overall health.
Simple goal:
👉 Include a quality protein source at every meal.

We’re collecting non-perishable food items now through 11/13 to help support local families in need this holiday season. 💛
