Honestly? It’s wonderful, organised chaos! Teaching almost all the camps, my regular classes & privates, keeping the kids alive and entertained, and don’t forget the puppy, has my plates SPINNING. So much so, I’m going to info dump all the lovely things I should have posted about already! Our lovely Holly is hosting a heels workshop THIS FRIDAY suitable for all levels, with or without heels. This 90minute session will cover a gorgeous routine and give ample time to polish and perfect to optionally video at the end! This is online to book already!

We’ve got 3 weeks left!!! Next week is performance camp, so a full week for £200 plus a little showcase at the end! I look forward to this week every year! Still spaces to join us if you’re quick. Then we have 2 more weeks of camp offerings, with spaces still available in all. Check our website for all the details there!

5hours of fun! Beginner friendly, very silly, crafty time in the middle and a workout either side including acro and team challenges, conditioning disguised in games, upside down time and a cool down stretch to finish. Perfection 👌🏽

Classes return on the 7th September. If you’re already set up from before summer then you have nothing to do, unless you’re upgrading to our new 2 class a week membership 😍 Drop an email for any help with that! Not a member but interested to try, you can also book trials in any of our kids classes, including ACCESSIBLE CIRCUS (our SEND Sessions), HOME ED & HIPHOP!

We have new classes returning in September including a couple trial 7am classes and a daytime yoga 🧘 Details on these will be emailed out to our adult mailing list or will be available to book on the system shortly!
