So proud of my clients doing Roon the Toon today ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

PBs, first race experience for some and things to take away for next time ๐Ÿ’ช

Some were none runners before starting personal training with myself and now look at them!!๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ‘

Those that were runners are out there hitting PBs, not just today but on their day to day runs ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Œ

And thatโ€™s because lifting weights helps with your running!๐Ÿ˜ƒ

This was also my first 10km run and I am very proud of myself ๐Ÿฅน takeaways well deserved tonight ladies! ๐Ÿคฃ

Client Spotlight - Laura ๐Ÿคฐ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Laura was coming to my classes last year whilst pregnant and came back in January for group personal training sessions and online coaching ๐Ÿ’ช

Congratulations to my long term client Janis on her retirement! ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿคช

Retirement from work that is, not the gym ๐Ÿคฃ sheโ€™s still showing up for personal training and Bootcamps ๐Ÿ˜‰

Stronger than ever, Janis has seen progress in her barbell lifts during this strength block ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Even whilst celebrating her retirement the past week with friends and family, she has still shown up to the gym and went out running, to at least get her workouts in ๐Ÿ‘

If you are thinking โ€œIโ€™m too old to lift weightsโ€โ€ฆ Youโ€™re WRONG โŒ

As we age, especially once we hit our 30s as women, we NEED to be resistance training for muscle and bone health ๐Ÿ˜ otherwise you can expect your quality of life to go downhill the older you get ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ
