Being on the first aid course yesterday reminded me just how many people are suffering with conditions, where if they exercised and ate well could be prevented
Jon, the tutor mentioned 1 in every 5 hospital beds was taken up by someone with Diabetes!
My fitness goals as a younger person where more aesthetic - lose weight, tone up, look good.
However now my goals are to age well.
Be mobile, healthy and live a good quality of life!

Super excited to start this new course to help and support our lovely Pilates members better 🤩
At New Healthy Body we are always improving our knowledge and skills to deliver the best service possible to our members.
Shoulder issues and injuries are really common within our community ☹️
And it’s an area a lot of perimenopausal and menopausal women struggle with, due to the decrease in Oestrogen

Just sitting down for a cuppa, after a super busy day ☕️
Thank you to all our wonderful members who gave up their time this morning to attend our Pilates and Yoga classes, whilst being filmed 📹🧘♀️
