One of the quiet joys of CrossFit:

Finding out you can do things you’d written yourself off for.

MURPH — Monday 25th

A workout named for Lt. Michael P. Murphy, US Navy SEAL, killed in action in Afghanistan, 2005. His favourite workout. Done every Memorial Day across the world to honour him and every service member who didn’t come home.

It’s heavy. It’s humbling. It’s the most XLAB session you’ll do all year.

Rx: 1 mile run · 100 pull-ups · 200 push-ups · 300 air squats · 1 mile run (wear a 14/20lb vest if you’ve got one)

Intermediate: 1 mile run · 50 / 100 / 150 · 1 mile run

Beginner: 800m run · 10 rounds of 5 ring rows + 10 push-ups + 15 air squats · 800m run

Every level scaled.
Every member welcome.
