I LOVE a good OCR, and this was no exception… Hot Yoga was something I really got into later that year, and it COMPLETELY Transformed my fitness, how I approached fitness, and how I coached clients and movement… I was in great shape then, however I am 10,000x more functional now than I was then… perspective… I could MAKE my body do things, vs inviting my body to become and develop skill, awareness, and functionality; harmony, if you will…

Don’t forget, we have 6am options, and the sunrise that happens mid-class during the summer really Slaps! 😱🤯❤️‍🔥 blessed to be on this journey!

As we celebrate our nation’s 250th birthday, we’re also taking a moment to honor something just as important: rest.

At DIVO, we believe healing doesn’t happen only through movement—it also happens through recovery. This week, we’re taking a short pause to recharge, reconnect, and prepare for an exciting second half of the summer.

✨ We’ll reopen Sunday, July 12 at 9:00 AM and can’t wait to welcome you back into the Sanctuary.

What better way to condition yourself for the HOT summers than some HOT yoga at the HOTTEST yoga studio in Greensboro?! It’s not about beating in the heat… it’s about owning the heat… anyone can do HOT yoga in winter… it’s the true warriors who can master it in summer. 🥵🥵🥵

Pride month was AMAZING, culminating in Gay Day at DIVO, yesterday, shout out to Greensboro Pride Festival greensboropride/ IMPAQT GSO for the Support and Sponsorship… I was so pleased to come into the sanctuary this AM and see that even though Pride month has officially ended, that little daily reminders are everywhere! 🫶🏼❤️‍🔥🌈
