When Chloe started PT she said to me I HATE the gym and donโt think Iโll ever like it but I want to gain more knowledge of what to do in the gym as well as working on fitness and toning up.
Now I think itโs safe to sayโฆโฆChloe is hooked and LOVES the gym, getting in multiple times a week on her own outside of PT sessions ๐๐ช๐โค๏ธ
I have loved watching Chloe start her strength training journey, understanding and implementing progressive overload in her trainingโฆleading her to become stronger and more confident week on week ๐ฅ๐ช

Oliver has showed great determination and has always been curious to build on his gym knowledge. His strength has improved dramatically, in all aspects of his training ๐ช๐ช
Oliverโs diet is flexible, he tracks his protein and still gets out with his friends at the weekends. Itโs all about balance and Oliver has really grasped how to work hard and still enjoy himself ๐๐
Oliver lacked self confidence when he began training.

Big shout out to my client Emma ๐๐ช
Emma has had a lot to juggle in her schedule with doing 3 thirteen hour shifts a week as a student nurse, with coursework and exams thrown into the mix. No excuses!!!!! She hasnโt let this get in the way of her goals. She gets herself into the gym, gives her best and has made amazing progress so far ๐๐๐
Now Emma is a fully qualified nurse she wants to buckle down and see what she can achieve in the coming months!!

This is a special one ๐๐ Not only is Rachael my client, she is also my cousin ๐
Rachael has been absolutely amazing, training hard consistently up until 38 WEEKS pregnant ๐๐๐ I couldnโt be more proud to have been able to play a part and help her through her pregnancy journey ๐ช๐ช
Fantastic work from Rachael improving all aspects of her training, especially developing a strong core which is extremely important during pregnancy.

This transformation makes me feel extremely proud as Jess had no previous gym experience and now she has great knowledge of how to train.
Jess has not only changed her body shape with great determination and commitment but she is becoming a more confident lady each and every week and so she should be ๐ช๐ช

Rachael has been working hard on lower body exercises which require great balance and stability.
One of the primary focuses has been on strengthening Rachaelโs core which aids her in everyday activities and also helps support her back.

I have been totally inspired by Rachaelโs dedication to train during this pregnancy, she has pushed on even on the days she feels tired ๐๐
