When Chloe started PT she said to me I HATE the gym and donโ€™t think Iโ€™ll ever like it but I want to gain more knowledge of what to do in the gym as well as working on fitness and toning up.

Now I think itโ€™s safe to sayโ€ฆโ€ฆChloe is hooked and LOVES the gym, getting in multiple times a week on her own outside of PT sessions ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธ
I have loved watching Chloe start her strength training journey, understanding and implementing progressive overload in her trainingโ€ฆleading her to become stronger and more confident week on week ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช

Oliver has worked his socks off ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Oliver has showed great determination and has always been curious to build on his gym knowledge. His strength has improved dramatically, in all aspects of his training ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

Oliverโ€™s diet is flexible, he tracks his protein and still gets out with his friends at the weekends. Itโ€™s all about balance and Oliver has really grasped how to work hard and still enjoy himself ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Oliver lacked self confidence when he began training.
It has been an absolute pleasure to watch him become more confident in himself and grow as a personโ€ฆ.

Big shout out to my client Emma ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช

Emma has had a lot to juggle in her schedule with doing 3 thirteen hour shifts a week as a student nurse, with coursework and exams thrown into the mix. No excuses!!!!! She hasnโ€™t let this get in the way of her goals. She gets herself into the gym, gives her best and has made amazing progress so far ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
Now Emma is a fully qualified nurse she wants to buckle down and see what she can achieve in the coming months!!

Rachael has been absolutely amazing, training hard consistently up until 38 WEEKS pregnant ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I couldnโ€™t be more proud to have been able to play a part and help her through her pregnancy journey ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

Fantastic work from Rachael improving all aspects of her training, especially developing a strong core which is extremely important during pregnancy.

This transformation makes me feel extremely proud as Jess had no previous gym experience and now she has great knowledge of how to train.

Jess has not only changed her body shape with great determination and commitment but she is becoming a more confident lady each and every week and so she should be ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

Now begins 6 months of more hard work, harder than ever to get Jess ready for her wedding ๐Ÿ‘ฐ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’’

Who said girls canโ€™t train whilst pregnant? ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

Rachael has been working hard on lower body exercises which require great balance and stability.

One of the primary focuses has been on strengthening Rachaelโ€™s core which aids her in everyday activities and also helps support her back.

STRONG CORE = STRONGER DELIVERY AND RECOVERY ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

I have been totally inspired by Rachaelโ€™s dedication to train during this pregnancy, she has pushed on even on the days she feels tired ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
