Today's back session at Infinity Gym

1- primal (modified) pullover
2- primal high row/pulldown
3- megamass linear t-bar row
4- megamass flex leverage row
5- megamass 45° linear row

I only perform 1 working set on each exercise to failure, warm up on each for 1-2 sets each

These machines are incredible for a full back workout, i bounce between the megamass flex leverage row and the Nautilus 2st compound Row, both are great

Today, we completed the refurbishment of this incredible Nautilus 2st incline chest press, one of the world's very best incline chest machines designed by the genius

This piece of equipment comes with the word renowned progressive strength curve that Arthur was renowned for, loading up the muscle at it strongest point and reloading at its weakest

It's also an isolateral machine, so each arm is under its own tension, AND it's a converging movement, which means the pecs will he in a fully contracted position at the top

What can I say? This is a VERY good piece of equipment, and I can not wait for you all to come and enjoy it

The Nautilus 2st is the final line of equipment that the genius Arthur Jones worked on before he sold Nautilus to a large corporation that has since gone bankrupt, if you dont know who Arthur Jones was, he was the founder, designer and inventory of the Nautilus brand and in particular the legendary Nautilus pullover machine,
