This is a brand-new class concept from the beautiful people at Clubbercise - think of it as a regular Clubbercise class, but LOW IMPACT throughout! That's right Clubbers - no jacks, no squats, no jumping - but ALL THE VIBES!

I am trialling this class in Frome, and the first session will be NEXT THURSDAY 1ST OCT AT 11.15AM IN CHRIST CHURCH HALL.
