Finished off with a birthday well spent 🍣

Week 13 coming to an end
And I’m certainly feeling like I’ve been dieting for 13 weeks 😅
And that’s okay… I want to test myself and see how far I can push
Pushing the business and working in a new environment hasn’t been easy alongside this prep
But take this as a reminder that there is no perfect time and never will be

Client transformation 💥
Jayne came to me towards the back end of 2024 with a goal of getting into incredible shape
It’s safe to say Jayne has definitely done that 😮💨
Throughout this journey, she has found a real passion for her training, going from 2-3 sessions per week to 4 and consistently
Jayne was terrified of stepping on the scales when she first started, but she wanted to make a change
I’m incredibly proud of her and it’s truly amazing and inspiring to see her move from strength to strength 💪
