Weight Gained: +3 lbs in 7 days ✅
Started at 170 lbs on 04/01/2025
Now sitting at 173 lbs on 04/07/2025 — and yes, the gains are showing 💪🏽🍽️

How’d I do it? Here’s the current bulking strategy:

🥤 3 high-calorie shakes per day (in between meals)
That’s 1,500 liquid calories packed with protein to keep the gains steady.

Plus solid meals like:

🍱 Meal 1: White rice, chicken, & broccoli from the Chinese spot
🍔 Meal 2: Quarter Pounder with Cheese, medium fries, & a soda from McDonald’s
(Yes, I’m bulking—don’t judge me, judge the results 😤)

This is how hardgainers get it done.

Started bulking January 2024 at 146 lbs.
Fast forward to today: 173 lbs and officially getting to big for my own clothes 💪✅.

Went from a size Small ➡️ Medium ➡️ now stretching out Large tank tops like they owe me money �.

This ain’t fat. This is fork + gym + discipline
🍽️ + 🏋️ + ⏳ = Gains

So I took 6 months off from September 2024- January 2025

Just started a new bulk last week April 1st 2025

Starting weight 170.3 on 04/01/2025
Current weight 172.6 on 04/06/2025

Consuming 3,000 calories daily and doing powerbuilding workouts
