You asked. We listened. ❤️
This month is Pain Awareness Month, so it feels like the perfect time to share something we've been working on.
When we ran our Pain Reframe webinar, we had people tell us they would love to join us our in person retreat but couldn't manage the travel or a whole day away from home.
So you asked if we could offer an online option…
We listened.
The Pain Reframe Morning Retreat
Wednesday 7th October | 10am–1pm | Live on Zoom
A shorter, focused version of our in-person retreat, bringing together:
🧠 Dr Sue Peacock – Health Psychologist
💬 Jacq Emkes – Patient Advocate
🏃♀️ Larissa Clarke – Movement & Exercise Specialist
We'll explore persistent pain from different perspectives, with a particular focus on understanding your pain, building confidence in your body and finding ways to move that help you get more of your life back.
No pushing through pain.
No “just think positively”.
No waiting for your pain to disappear before you start living.
Just understanding, movement, practical ideas and support.
We're keeping the group small so that it feels personal, supportive and interactive.
£99 for the first 5 places, then £129.
If distance, energy or a full day has stopped you joining us before, this could be your opportunity to take part.
More details and booking coming soon. ❤️
