We are happy to announce a Taster Circuits Fitness Class will be taking place at our Mayflower Gym this Thursday 31st March at 11:45 - 12:45pm.

Please note the right-hand side of the gym by the rig will be closed off for the use of this circuits class.

The Met Office has removed the weather alert Red warning. Our on campus & external facilities have re-opened again at their usual opening and closing times.

The weather outlook for today is considerably better albeit with strong winds, but we are confident that we have a safe environment to welcome everyone back.

Due to adverse weather Southampton is currently experiencing Mayflower Gym will be closed this morning until 12:00.

Mayflower Gym will be closed from 10:00am - 14:15pm today due to health and safety reasons. However we are pleased to announce it will be re-opening from 14:15pm - 18:00pm.
