TUESDAY SESSIONS 7:45PM-8:45PM
We have reached full capacity of our Friday night adults sessions and are now offering sessions on a Tuesday evening.
This should be a quieter session to begin with. If anybody has been looking but nervous or apprehensive to try boxing please reach out with any concerns or questions.
We have built an amazing community here with both men and woman supporting each other week in week out
We want to share the benefits of boxing with as many people as possible

Reminder kids boxing is tomorrow night Wednesday the 1st due to the bank Holiday Friday cheers
Kids class will be taking place tomorrow at 5:30pm-6:30 pm this week instead of Friday cheers
