A triathlon for the history books 🥇

After what has been a rather crazy year with the main barrier being the theft of our bikes making training for this event rather hard 🙄

I am so proud to say I managed to PB my sprint triathlon coming in with a 1 hour 44 minutes finish time, 7 minutes quicker than my previous sprint distance time

Shame I couldn’t keep up my Jonathan Brownlee, what an absolute speed demon that man is as he aims to complete 10 sprint distance triathlons over 2 days

For now I’m closing my event books to focus on the growth of my new business DK Coaching (Kings Coaching) but the government wouldn’t let me use my name without permission 😂

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me in all the events I’ve done not just this one, it’s been one of my main motivators to push in every since race I do

And of course a special thank you to and my parents being there with me on the day! ❤️

One word swap is all it takes…

I know the gym is not a comfortable place to me, especially when you are new to it

But it works the same way as when you first step into a new workplace

Everything is scary, unknown and the fact those two things are in play make it extremely uncomfortable

So how do you then become comfortable in that new place

You keep going

Eventually all the scary things almost disappear and you start to strut about the office with confidence

The same applies to the gym

If you want to build gym confidence you need to be in the gym environment

And if that seems quite a lot right now then getting a trainer or going with a friend who goes for a little bit would be my suggestion

Go get it team 🔥
